AeroClave RDS + ADP = Safety

Improve safety and increase the productivity of your AeroClave equipment with ADP Technology

U.S. Patent No. 9,913,923

Plug-and-play method to connect an extensive array of accessories for the delivery of disinfectant.

AeroClave’s™ ADP technology provides an easy, plug-and-play method to connect an extensive array of accessories for the delivery of disinfectant. Every AeroClave RDS unit has at least one ADP as standard equipment, with optional models equipped with up to six (6) ADPs for even more flexibility. This allows for one system to decontaminate up to 6 different rooms or vehicles simultaneously.

The integrated ADP allows you to connect your AeroClave RDS to a number of optional devices to allow for both manual hand-application or remote-head fogging.

Install ADPs in rooms or vehicles, allowing you to connect your AeroClave RDS unit directly to an enclosed area. Ports connect to spray heads that are permanently mounted in the treatment area, which eliminates excess manual labor and exposure in contaminated areas. AeroClave's automated process ensures consistent operation and results. Perfect for the patient compartment of an ambulance.

ADP kits are available for easy, cost-effective installation by both OEMs and after-market installers. Kits are compatible with all AeroClave systems.

The AeroClave Portable Applicator (APA) allows for both manual hand-application or remote-head fogging. This accessory comes with a spray gun attached to a 25' cable for maximum coverage. Use for hand spray to spot treat high contact surfaces or mount on an optional tripod to fog irregularly-shaped areas.

How does ADP Technology work?

An ADP port can be installed into most vehicles and facilities to ensure consistent results and eliminate staff exposure

The ADP Ports provide a direct, plug-and-play connection to a nozzle assembly that is permanently mounted in the patient compartment.

Example: we will use the ADP-PT vehicle port installed into an exterior compartment of a Type III ambulance.

The ADP Port provides a direct plug-and-play connection to a nozzle assembly that is permanently mounted in the patient compartment.  The ports are a cost-effective option to be used in conjunction with your RDS 3110 to decontaminate the interior of the ambulance using AeroClave’s hands-free disinfectant system.

How does it work?
Connect the ADP hose between the port and your RDS 3110. Open all interior cabinets and close the exterior doors.  Set the RDS to AMBULANCE MODE and push the start button. The process virtually eliminates the human element of disinfecting, allowing for consistent results.

Best of all, it’s all done in less than 20 minutes.
